Dave Giardinelli-O'Connor
Long-time frontman for Starcode, Dave also plays live solo acoustic performances. During the "pause" he played weekly online shows, which have since, morphed into live performances throughout the northeast and beyond. Originally from Altamont, NY, Dave lived in New York City for over 20 years, and has recently relocated to the upper Hudson Valley.
His live acoustic performances are both engaging and emotional. He delivers haunting renditions of current, and yet-to-be-released material from the Starcode catalog. Dave Giardinelli-O'Connor's music has been described as catchy and melodic, and his charisma, contagious.
When Dave isn't playing with Starcode or solo acoustic, he often appears with Allman Brothers tribute band 'Muscle Shoals', various Grateful Dead tribute bands around the northeastern US as well as with phenom online cover band The Homeless Degenerates.
